Captured Judgment
Surface the founder's or expert's tacit buyer judgment, and turn it into a lens, phrase, or workflow that other people can use.
When to use
- The founder keeps saying "I just know when a buyer is serious".
- Marketing copy sounds generic because the real buyer judgment was never made speakable.
- You want to turn a "feel" into something a junior team member can apply.
Misuse
Do not flatten the captured judgment into a dead SOP. The point is to preserve the founder's seeing, not to replace it with a checklist.
