Default Language as Evidence
Treat the first obvious phrasing as evidence of the pattern currently organising thought, rather than as final thought.
When to use
- You suspect a phrase is borrowed, automated, or repeating a script.
- A student, founder, or AI prompt keeps producing the same surface words.
- You want to find what is hidden under a polite, complete-sounding answer.
Misuse
Do not weaponise this move to mock how others speak. The point is to surface the pattern so a better handle becomes possible.
